For children and adults who want to take a deep dive into their health and improve overall wellness. This membership is appropriate for generally healthy individuals without serious or complex health problems.

This membership includes:

• Extensive 2-hour long in-person intake visit with physical exam
• Extensive follow-up visit to discuss lab results in detail and create a realistic, individualized treatment plan to address concerns/findings
• 4 additional follow-up visits

This membership is appropriate for both children and adults who have complex health problems, autoimmune disease or a diagnosis/potential diagnosis of PANDAS/PANS or autoimmune encephalitis. 

This membership includes:

• Extensive 2-hour long in-person intake visit with physical exam
• Extensive follow-up visit to discuss lab results in detail and create a realistic, individualized treatment plan to address concerns/findings
• 4 additional follow-up visits
• At-home strep test and urinalysis included
